Please read through entirely before contacting me about commissions.These terms of service are subject to change. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and will be held to these terms.I reserve the right to cancel at any time and for any reason. A statement will be provided explaining why I have chosen to cancel the commission and issue a refund based on my refund policy.

Commissions are first come first serve.
I open 10 slots every 3 months.
I work in order of commissions received
Payment plans can be discussed
will not take any custom commission from those who are under 18. Please provide some form of ID if asked.
Payment plans can go up to 5 months.
Please have a reference sheet ready for me to use that is unshaded, with a front and back view.
Note that some design points will have to be changed for the model to be realistically possible to make. Not everything on a drawing is possible in real life.
I have the right to use your model(s) as examples and for advertising. Please say if this is not something you are comfortable with.

Making model trains is my secondary job. But sometimes motivation and outside forces can greatly affect and delay projects. Regardless, I will always try to complete each commission as timely as possible. If a work in progress (WIP) update is not provided within 3 months after being paid for, the client may request a refund. If a refund is requested, the amount will be determined based on my refund policy.Your patience is always appreciated!model trains will be completed between 2 weeks and 3 months
/////REFUND POLICY/////
Refunds will be determined based on the amount of completed work versus the amount of work remaining to complete.If you need to request a refund for your commission, please contact me via email
If your commission is not completed within 3 months of payment, you are eligible for a refund. All physical commissions have a non-refundable initial payment to cover material costs. This amount will be clearly marked on the initial invoice. Refunds will only be issued via PayPal refund invoices. Payments made via other services will not qualify for refunds. Refunds will always be case-by-case.
